In 2017, we, the congregation of First Presbyterian Church Clarksville, Arkansas, voted to leave our historic building located on 212 College Avenue in order to be able to better serve God within the community. The decision, in many ways, was difficult. The building, as a presence for the church for almost 100 years, was the location of many seminal events in the lives of so many-- baptisms, worship church schools, weddings, and a place for friendships and spiritual growth, and the base for mission activities.
We will add photos to this gallery as we work to commemorate our history, while we enter an exciting time of renewed spiritual presence in Clarksville, Arkansas.
We now gather at Munger Wilson Memorial Chapel on the campus of the University of the Ozarks, Clarksville for our Sunday services. We will see you there, and around town as we work to serve God. We are amazed and excited for our present and our future and encourage any of you to join us in our new walk!
