Traditional Worship

Each Sunday at 11am members and friends of First Presbyterian Church gather for worship.  Worship at First Presbyterian is "traditional" in tone and Reformed in its content.

Our worship focuses on bringing the community together in the presence of God through song, prayer and the hearing and faithful preaching of God's word. Our life together is shaped by worship and our worship seeks to reflect the love, compassion, forgiveness and glory of God.

We celebrate the Lord's Supper (the Eucharist or Communion) on each first Sunday and on special feast days in the church such as the Sundays of Advent, Christmas Eve, Easter and others.  FPCC and the Presbyterian Church (USA) practice "open communion" meaning that the bread and cup of communion are offered to everyone in attendance not only to Presbyterians.

If you have any more questions or would like more information about worship at FPCC, please contact the church office at 479-754-2942.
